Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the service, and information processed by service providers that help us operate the product.

• Account information, such as your email address, display name if provided, authentication identifiers, credit balance, purchase records, and usage history.
• Project content, including uploaded app screenshots, inspiration images, logos, prompts, copy, style choices, app names, categories, selected locales, and generated images.
• Payment information processed by Stripe, including checkout sessions, payment status, customer identifiers, receipts, billing details, and transaction metadata. We do not store full card numbers.
• App Store Connect information that you provide for direct uploads, such as issuer ID, key ID, private key content for the upload session, selected app, version, locale, and device size.
• Technical information, such as IP address, browser, device data, logs, security events, and approximate location derived from technical signals.

• To create and manage your account.
• To generate, edit, store, preview, download, package, and optionally upload App Store screenshot assets.
• To process payments, fulfill purchased credits, prevent fraud, and maintain purchase records.
• To provide customer support, respond to deletion requests, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• To secure the service, monitor abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
• To send transactional service messages. Marketing emails, if introduced, will require consent where required and include an unsubscribe option.

When you use screenshot generation features, we may send your uploaded images, prompts, text, style instructions, selected locales, and related project data to third-party AI service providers, such as OpenAI, to create or edit screenshots.

You should not upload confidential, sensitive, personal, illegal, or third-party content unless you have the right to use it and are comfortable with it being processed by our service providers for the requested generation.

We use service providers to operate the service, including hosting, authentication, file storage, database, payment processing through Stripe, AI image and text generation, email delivery, security, logging, and analytics if enabled. These providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where they operate.

If you use direct upload features, you are responsible for creating and managing your own App Store Connect API key. You authorize us to use credentials you provide only to verify access, list eligible apps, and upload screenshots when you request and confirm an upload.

Our current upload flow is designed to use the private key for the upload session and not use it for unrelated App Store Connect changes. App Screenshot Magic is not Apple and is not affiliated with Apple Inc.

We retain account, project, purchase, usage, uploaded asset, and generated image data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your account or project data by emailing support@appscreenshotmagic.com. We may retain limited records where required for tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at support@appscreenshotmagic.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No online service is completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials and any App Store Connect credentials secure.
