Refund Policy

You may request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@appscreenshotmagic.com. Refunds are reviewed against purchase records, credit usage, fraud risk, and payment processor requirements.

Used credits are not refundable. A credit is used when a screenshot generation succeeds and the generated output is saved to your project.

• Failed generations do not consume credits.
• If a technical failure incorrectly consumes credits, contact support and we will restore the affected credits after review.
• If the service is unavailable or materially fails to deliver purchased unused credits, we may provide replacement credits, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the issue.

Generated outputs are custom digital assets. We do not provide refunds for used credits solely because you dislike a creative result, prefer a different style, changed your mind, or did not review the output before using or uploading it. We may provide goodwill credits at our discretion.

Direct upload actions are performed only after confirmation. We do not refund used credits because screenshots were uploaded to an app, version, locale, or device size that you selected incorrectly, or because Apple later rejects or changes your app listing.

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can review the issue quickly. If a chargeback or dispute is opened, we may suspend the account, freeze credits related to the disputed payment, and provide records to Stripe or the card network.

Email support@appscreenshotmagic.com with the account email, approximate purchase date, amount, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe when possible.
